Welcome to TourCred. By accessing or using tourcred.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About TourCred
TourCred is an informational database of live production industry credits. The Site aggregates publicly available information about touring productions, artists, and production professionals for reference and discovery purposes.
2. Use of the Site
You may use TourCred for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: copy, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Site; use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any individual listed in the database; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
3. Content and Public Information
All credits and production information featured on TourCred are sourced from publicly available information, including trade publications, official artist and vendor websites, press releases, and other public sources. This information is provided for informational and reference purposes only. TourCred does not claim ownership of any information about individuals or productions listed on the Site. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or complete.
4. Profile Claiming
Production professionals listed on TourCred may claim their profile to manage and update their own information. By claiming a profile, you represent that you are the individual named or are authorized to act on their behalf. TourCred reserves the right to verify claims and remove profiles that are found to be fraudulent or inaccurate.
5. Pro Membership & Information Sharing
TourCred offers a Pro membership tier that provides access to additional features including professional contact information submitted by other Pro members. By subscribing to TourCred Pro and choosing to add personal contact information to your profile — including but not limited to email address, phone number, website, or professional representation details — you explicitly consent to that information being visible to other active and verified TourCred Pro members on the platform. This consent is voluntary. You are never required to add contact information to use TourCred Pro. You retain the right to update or remove your contact information at any time through your account settings. Removal will take effect promptly but may not be instantaneous across all cached views. TourCred is not responsible for how other Pro members use your voluntarily listed contact information within the platform. Pro member contact information is not shared with non-members, third-party advertisers, or data brokers.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account on TourCred, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
The TourCred name, logo, design, and original content (excluding third-party public information) are the property of TourCred and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. TourCred is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites and does not endorse them.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TourCred is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourCred and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
11. Takedown / Correction Requests
If you believe information about you on TourCred is inaccurate, outdated, or should be removed, please contact us at hello@tourcred.com. We will review all requests and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
